Groundnut which is also called ass peanut or pignut. The scientific name of the peanut is Arachis Hypogaea that is originated in South America. Groundnut contains Magnesium, Foliate, Vitamin-E, Copper and Arginine. It is a high source of protein. India is the second-largest producer of groundnut after Chine. In 2016 world report India produces 6.9 millions of tonnes and 32% of world total exports groundnut.
